We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager to lead our brilliant front of house team.
The Old Crown is a charming, historic pub located in the heart of Kelston, the interior is cosy, with log fires and stone floors, and we also have a heated lodge within our beautiful award winning garden.
Renowned for its welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, and community spirit, we pride ourselves on offering a warm and memorable experience for our guests.
We are a bit more than your traditional pub here at The Old Crown as we love to host events and weddings and have big plans including supper clubs and cinema nights (and more!).
Our front-of-house team is the face of the pub, and we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and experiences to our guests – we are looking for a General Manager who cares as much as we do!
What we are looking for from you:
· Experience working as a general manager at an independent pub/hospitality venue, including experience with stock orders, rotas, producing daily reports, safety checks, recruitment
· Confidence and skills to independently manage a busy shift
· Ability to motivate and lead a team and ensure standards are sky high
